Ribbed Glass Mushroom Bedside Lamp

The Vintage Bedside Table Lamp combines two details that rarely appear together: a mushroom cap silhouette and a ribbed glass surface. The flutes run over the curve of the dome, so the shade catches highlights along its length and reads as textured rather than smooth.

Ribbing also breaks the light slightly as it passes through, softening the edge of the pool the lamp casts on a nightstand. That is a small difference in practice but it is what stops the light from looking flat against a wall behind the bed.

Velleora Home Decor kept the base narrow so it takes minimal space on a crowded bedside table. It takes a standard low-wattage bulb; glass shades hold heat, so keep the wattage modest. Lift by the base rather than the shade, and clean with a soft dry cloth only.
