1. About These Terms

This website, velleorahomedecor.com, is owned and operated by Velleora Home Decor, a business owned by Ahmed Yasin and registered at 17320 85 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Velleora Home Decor, and "you" refers to the visitor or customer using our site.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order. If anything here is unclear, email support@velleorahomedecor.com and we will explain it in plain language before you buy.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you or that you have the account holder's explicit permission to use it.

3. Products, Pricing & Descriptions
All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store's currency selector at the top of each page, and the currency you are being charged in is stated again on the checkout page.
We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and materials accurately. Screen calibration varies between devices, and slight variation in the finish or grain of handcrafted and natural-material items is a normal characteristic of the product, not a defect.
Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Please measure your space before ordering — a change-of-mind return remains available to you under our 30-day Refund & Return Policy.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to limit or refuse quantities on any order. If we cancel an order for this reason, you are refunded in full, immediately and automatically.

5. How Payments Are Processed & Secured

All payments on velleorahomedecor.com are processed securely through Shopify Payments, the PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment infrastructure provided by Shopify Inc., together with the additional gateways listed above where you select them.

Your card details are entered directly into Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Velleora Home Decor never sees, handles, or stores your full card number, expiry date, or CVV at any point.
All data transmitted between your browser and our checkout is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL.
Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order.
6. Billing Terms — No Hidden Charges

We want the amount you are charged to be the amount you expected, to the cent. Accordingly:

The total shown on the final checkout screen — product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes — is the complete and final amount charged to your payment method.
There are no hidden fees, no processing fees, no handling fees, no service charges, and no surcharges added before, during, or after checkout.
There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, memberships, auto-renewals, or free-trial-to-paid conversions of any kind. Velleora Home Decor sells physical goods on a one-time basis only. Placing an order with us will never enrol you in a recurring billing arrangement.
We do not store your payment credentials for future use and we will never charge your payment method again without you personally placing a new order.
We do not add a currency conversion fee. If your bank charges one for an international transaction, that fee is levied by your bank and is disclosed by them, not by us.
Import duties and taxes on international shipments, where they apply, are set and collected by your destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. This is disclosed in full in our Shipping, Processing & Handling Policy.
What appears on your bank statement

Charges from our store appear on your card or bank statement as VELLEORA or VELLEORA HOME DECOR. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please email support@velleorahomedecor.com or call 587-545-0012 before initiating a chargeback — we can identify and resolve the charge for you far faster than a dispute process can, and we will refund any charge that is genuinely unauthorized.

7. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; the contract between us is formed when we dispatch your item and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. We reserve the right to decline an order in cases of suspected fraud, a payment authorization failure, a pricing error, or a destination we cannot lawfully ship to. Where we decline an order, any amount charged is refunded in full.

8. Fulfillment & Shipping

Products sold by Velleora Home Decor are sourced from vetted overseas manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including CJDropshipping, and are shipped directly from those international fulfillment centers to your delivery address. Order handling takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 7–14 business days. Full details, including how tracking is issued and how lost or damaged parcels are handled, are set out in our Shipping, Processing & Handling Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy — a 30-day, no-questions-asked return window with a published returns address at 17320 85 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — forms part of these Terms and is incorporated here by reference. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer right you have under the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta) or the equivalent consumer protection law of your own jurisdiction.

10. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@velleorahomedecor.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

11. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and phone number. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and parcels returned to us because of an address error supplied at checkout are refunded less the original shipping cost, as described in our Shipping Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on velleorahomedecor.com — including text, photography, graphics, page layout, and the Velleora Home Decor name and logo — is the property of Velleora Home Decor or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, transmit malicious code, submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the security of the site or the experience of other users. We may terminate access for anyone who does.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velleora Home Decor's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory consumer guarantee.

Our site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and we encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies before using them.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the date of the update; your existing orders are governed by the version in effect when you placed them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws in your own country of residence.
