Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. For Australia, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery time: Orders typically arrive in 8–15 business days after they are placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs and import charges: For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak seasons (such as the holidays) can add time. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at sales@supportvelleorahomedecor.com and we will help.

Wrong address: Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
