Description
This Cardinal Lamp from Velleora Home Decor renders a red cardinal in coloured art glass panels, lit from within so the bird's plumage glows in graded reds against darker leading. The cardinal carries real meaning for many people as a symbol of remembrance, which is why it turns up so often as a memorial gift.
Lit, the coloured panels throw a warm red-toned glow onto the surface around it, working as a small accent light on a hall table, a windowsill, a bookshelf or a bedside. Unlit, it holds its own as a glass ornament rather than looking like a switched-off lamp.
Four designs and sizes are offered. Power runs over USB with a switch on the cord or base, and the LED is integrated so nothing needs replacing. Wipe the glass with a soft dry cloth and lift the lamp by its base rather than the shade. Keep it back from the edge of a surface, and take care around children and pets - glass panels can chip if knocked.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is it powered?
Over USB, with a switch on the cord or base, so a laptop, power bank or wall adapter all work. The LED is integrated, so there is never a bulb to source or replace.
Is it suitable as a memorial gift?
It is one of the most common reasons people choose it. The cardinal is widely held as a symbol of remembrance, and because it works as an ornament by day it stays on display rather than being put away.
How should I handle it?
Lift it by the base rather than the glass shade, and stand it back from the edge of a surface. Take care around children and pets, since glass panels can chip if the lamp is knocked.
How do I clean the glass?
A soft dry cloth is all it needs. Wipe with the leading rather than across it and the colours stay bright without anything working its way into the seams.
Which size should I choose?
Four designs and sizes are offered. A smaller one suits a crowded bedside or bookshelf, while a larger one carries a hall table or a wide windowsill where it can be seen from across the room.
