Nordic Wall Mounted Coat Rack

The Nordic Wall Mounted Coat Rack pairs a black metal bracket with a timber body and two hooks that pivot out of the way when nothing is hanging on them. Folded flat it is a slim horizontal line on the wall; opened out it takes a winter coat and a bag without either fighting the other for space.

That folding action is what makes it work in a narrow hallway, where a fixed rack sticks out at exactly shoulder height and catches everyone passing. Mounted in a row it scales up to a family entrance; used singly it suits a bedroom door wall or the back of a home office. Velleora Home Decor kept the hardware exposed as part of the design.

The timber is finished to show the grain rather than painted over, and the metal is powder coated to resist chipping where hangers rub. Fix into solid wall or into a stud with appropriate fixings for the weight you intend to hang; plasterboard alone will not hold a loaded coat rack reliably.
