Description
Description
The Ocean Projector Night Light casts slow rippling water patterns across a ceiling and walls, so a plain bedroom surface takes on the movement of light reflected off water. The rotation is deliberately slow, which is what makes it settling rather than distracting.
It is aimed at bedtime rather than at a party: the patterns are soft-edged and the colours muted, so it works as something to fall asleep watching rather than as a light show. That distinction decides whether a projector gets used twice or nightly.
It works best in a dark room with a plain pale ceiling. Velleora Home Decor kept the base small enough for a nightstand. Do not look directly into the lens, keep it out of reach of small children, and wipe the housing with a soft dry cloth.

Water Moving On The Ceiling
Slow rotating ripple patterns travel across the ceiling and walls, so the room has something quiet to watch rather than a static glow.
Soft Edges, Muted Colour
The colours are muted and the edges soft, which is the difference between something restful and a disco in a child's bedroom.
A Dark Room Does It Best
It works best in a properly dark room with a plain pale ceiling, which is worth knowing before you judge it on a summer evening.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I put it?
On a nightstand or low shelf pointing at a plain pale ceiling. A patterned or dark ceiling swallows the effect.
How bright is it?
Low and muted. It is a projector for a dark room rather than a light source, so it will barely register with a lamp on.
Is it suitable for a child's room?
It is often used that way. Keep it out of reach of small children, and nobody should look directly into the lens.
Does the pattern move?
Yes, slowly. The rotation is deliberately unhurried, which is what makes it restful instead of distracting.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the housing with a soft dry cloth. Keep liquids away from the lens and the vents.
