Description
The Mono Wall Lamp reduces itself to a single folded sheet of metal: one material, one bend, one light source. Postmodern design often adds; this one subtracts until there is nothing left to remove, which is a harder discipline and a rarer result.
The fold does the structural work, holding the fixture rigid without any bracket or visible fixing. It also directs the light, throwing it along the wall in one direction rather than outward into the room, so there is no glare at close range.
Velleora Home Decor offers it in matte finishes that hide fingerprints on a fitting people will inevitably touch. It fits a standard recessed back box and takes a small-format bulb. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated first.
- Single folded metal sheet, no visible fixings
- The fold provides both structure and direction
- Light thrown along the wall, no glare
- Matte fingerprint-resistant finishes
- Standard recessed back box

One Piece Of Folded Metal
There are no joints or visible fixings, so the whole fitting reads as a single gesture rather than an assembly of parts screwed together.
The Fold Aims The Light
The bend does two jobs at once: it stiffens the sheet and it pushes the output along the wall rather than into the room.
Matte, So It Stays Clean
A flat finish does not hold the fingerprints that a polished one shows, which matters on a fitting at hand height in a hallway.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who should install it?
A qualified electrician, with the circuit isolated at the consumer unit first. It fits a standard recessed back box rather than plugging in.
What bulb does it take?
A small format bulb, so check the listed cap type and maximum wattage. A warm white LED at or below that is the usual choice.
How bright is it?
It is an accent light rather than a room light. Because the fold directs the output onto the wall, the effect is a wash rather than general illumination.
Which finish should I choose?
Match it to the metal already in the room, whether that is door handles or a mirror frame. On a pale wall a darker finish reads much more strongly.
How do I clean it?
With the power off, a dry or barely damp cloth. Keep polish and solvents off a matte finish, which they mark permanently.
