Description
The Modern Rectangular Wall Clock breaks the assumption that a clock has to be round. A slim horizontal frame in wood grain reads more like a shelf-line or a picture frame on the wall, which is exactly why it works above a sideboard or along a corridor where a large circle would look out of place.
The elongated format also gives the hands more room to travel visually, so the time stays easy to read despite the minimal face. Markers replace numerals, keeping the surface calm. Velleora Home Decor kept the frame narrow so the clock does not project far from the wall.
A silent sweep movement means nothing ticks, which matters in an open-plan room where the clock might be within earshot of a sofa or a desk. It runs about a year on one battery. Hang using both fixing points to keep the long frame level, and clean with a dry cloth only.
- Slim rectangular format, not a circle
- Wood grain frame with marker-only face
- Silent sweep movement, no ticking
- Sits flat with minimal projection
- Two fixing points keep the frame level

A Rectangle, Not A Circle
A long slim frame suits a wall above a sideboard or a run of shelving where a round clock would sit awkwardly.
Markers Only
There are no numerals to date the design, just clean markers against the wood grain. It stays readable without being busy.
About A Year Per Cell
One battery runs the silent sweep movement for roughly a year of normal use, so it is a once a year thought at most.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it tick?
No. The movement sweeps silently, which suits a bedroom, a study or a nursery where noise gets noticed.
How is it hung?
From two fixing points, which keeps a long rectangular frame level rather than letting it tilt on a single hook.
Is the wood grain real?
The frame carries a wood grain finish. The listing confirms the exact material for the version you are choosing.
Is it easy to read?
Yes at normal room distances. If you want to read it from right across a large open plan space, choose a numbered face instead.
How do I clean it?
A dry soft cloth over the face and frame. Avoid damp cloths and sprays, which can seep behind the glass.
