The Modern Pendant Light is height-adjustable after installation rather than only at fitting, so the drop can be changed as a room changes: lowered over a dining table for a meal, raised when the table is pushed back or the room is used differently.
That adjustability is rarer than it should be. Most pendants set their drop once and stay there, which is a problem in an open-plan space where the furniture beneath moves. Here the mechanism holds any height without tools.
The shade profile is deliberately sleek and unfussy so it works at any of those heights without looking wrong. Velleora Home Decor kept the hardware minimal. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated at the consumer unit.
