Description
Velleora Home Decor's Modern Outdoor Wall Light is the plain, well-made fitting that suits a contemporary elevation. A slim black aluminium body sits close to the wall and throws light in a clean up-and-down wash, so what you see on the brickwork is the beam rather than the fitting itself.
It is machined from aluminium, powder-coated black, and sealed to IP65 - rated against dust and against water jetted from any direction, which covers driven rain and a hosed driveway. Aluminium was chosen for a reason beyond looks: it draws heat away from the LED module, and heat is what shortens the life of an outdoor light. Toughened glass covers the aperture, and the integrated LED runs for tens of thousands of hours without a lamp change.
Use a pair either side of a front door, a run along a garden wall, or single fittings up a flight of external steps. It also works indoors as a feature wash in a living room or hallway. Mount it with the fixings supplied at a height that lights the ground rather than a neighbour's window, and have it wired in by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated.
- IP65 rated for outdoor use
- Powder-coated aluminium body
- Up-and-down light wash
- Toughened glass aperture
- Integrated long-life LED module
- Suits exterior walls and interior features

Up And Down The Wall
An up and down wash rather than a single beam, which lights the wall itself rather than throwing a spot onto whatever is opposite.
Aluminium Takes The Heat
The aluminium body draws heat out of the LED module. Heat is what kills integrated LEDs, so the material is doing real work.
Two Outputs
Slim and wall close, with a toughened glass aperture and an IP65 seal against dust and water jets.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sort of light does it give?
An up and down wash on the wall, which is a softer effect than a single downward beam and shows the surface it is mounted on.
Do I ever change the lamp?
No. The LED is integrated and rated for tens of thousands of hours, so there is no lamp to replace.
Why aluminium?
It draws heat away from the LED module, and heat is the main thing that shortens the life of an integrated fitting.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. It is mains wired and needs a qualified electrician, with the supply isolated before any work starts. Fixings are supplied.
What options are there?
Black body, warm or cold white, and eighteen or thirty six watts.
