Macaron Coloured Glass Wall Lamp

The Macaron LED Wall Lamp puts soft coloured glass on a wall fitting, which is far rarer than coloured pendants and changes a room more than you would expect. Pale pinks, greens and ambers tint the light as it passes through, so the wall behind picks up a faint wash of that colour.

Because the tint is in the glass rather than a coating, it will not fade or scratch away. The colours were kept muted rather than saturated, so the effect reads as warmth rather than as a coloured bulb, which is the difference between atmosphere and novelty.

Mounted in a pair either side of a bed, or in a run along a hallway, the fittings work as a repeated motif. Velleora Home Decor kept the metalwork minimal. Integrated LED means no bulbs to change. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated first.
