Lumopattern Solar Garden Lamp

Velleora Home Decor's Lumopattern Solar Garden Light is designed for what it does to the ground around it rather than for the light it gives off. The metal shade is pierced with a repeating cut pattern, so the LED inside projects that pattern outward across a path, a lawn or a wall - a garden light that decorates the space instead of just illuminating it.

The body is pressed metal with a weather-resistant finish, and the whole unit is self-powered: panel above, cell and sensor inside, no cable anywhere. It comes on at dusk without a switch. Because the pattern only appears at night, the lamp reads as a piece of small sculpture through the day, which is why a pair either side of a path works better than a single unit lost in a border.

Set it where the panel gets direct afternoon sun, and where there is a surface close enough for the pattern to fall on - against a fence or a wall it works far better than out in the open. Wipe the panel and the pierced shade clean through the season, and store it dry over a hard winter.
