Description
Description
The Lumibook Table Lamp opens like a hardback and folds through a full circle, so the same object can be a narrow reading light, a wide arc over a desk or a closed cylinder standing on a shelf. Nothing needs assembling or adjusting beyond opening it to the angle you want.
Light comes from the inner faces of the pages, spread along their length rather than from a point, which gives a soft even wash with no visible bulb. Closed to a slim book shape it slides onto a shelf between actual books and disappears. Velleora Home Decor built it around a rechargeable cell so it works anywhere with no cable.
Touch control steps through brightness levels, and the lowest setting is dim enough for an overnight glow in a hallway or a child's room. Charge over USB and expect several evenings from a full charge at moderate output. Handle by the spine when open, and avoid forcing the fold past its natural stop.
- Folds through 360 degrees, book to cylinder
- Even light from the page faces, no visible bulb
- Rechargeable and fully cordless in use
- Touch dimming with a low overnight setting
- Closes to a slim shelf-sized profile

It Opens Like A Book
Closed it sits on a shelf like a hardback. Open it and the pages spread into a lamp, which is the whole trick of it.
Or Closes To A Cylinder
Fold it the full turn and it becomes a standing cylinder of light, so the same object gives two completely different shapes.
Light From The Pages
The glow comes from the page faces themselves rather than a bulb inside, so there is no bright point anywhere on it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is it powered?
By a built in rechargeable cell topped up over USB, so it works with no socket nearby once it is charged.
How long does a charge last?
Several hours at full brightness and considerably longer at the lower levels. The listing gives the rated runtime.
Does it dim?
Yes, by touch, stepping through several levels from a reading brightness down to a soft night glow.
Will the pages crease?
They are designed to fold repeatedly. Open and close it gently rather than forcing it and the leaves stay crisp.
How do I clean it?
Dust it closed with a dry soft cloth. Do not use water on the leaves, and keep the charging port clear.
