Description
Description
This fixture sits between a flush mount and a pendant, dropping just far enough from the ceiling to read as a hanging light while still clearing head height in a room with ordinary ceilings. It is the compromise most homes actually need.
A full pendant is often impractical and a flush disc is often dull; a short-drop fitting gives the presence of one with the clearance of the other. Over a hallway or a dining table in a low-ceilinged house it is usually the correct answer.
Integrated LED keeps the profile slim and removes bulb changes at height. Velleora Home Decor offers two sizes and a warm colour temperature. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated at the consumer unit.
- Short drop: pendant presence with flush clearance
- Suits ordinary and low ceiling heights
- Integrated LED, no bulb changes at height
- Two sizes with a warm colour temperature
- Slim profile against the ceiling

A Pendant That Clears Your Head
It drops just far enough to have the presence of a hanging light without being something people have to duck around in a hallway.
Built For Ordinary Ceiling Heights
Most homes do not have the height for a proper pendant. This sits in between, giving the look without the compromise.
Even Light Across The Whole Room
The wide diffuser spreads light to the edges of the room rather than pooling it under the fitting, so corners stay bright.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far does it hang down?
Only a short drop, deliberately. It is designed for standard room heights where a full pendant would sit in the way.
Which rooms does it suit?
Bedrooms, hallways, landings and kitchens, anywhere you want a fitting with some character but cannot give up the headroom.
Is it bright enough on its own?
Yes, it is designed as the main light for a normal sized room, with the diffuser keeping the output soft rather than harsh.
Can it be dimmed?
It works with compatible dimming, which is worth having in a bedroom where you want the level right down at night.
How easy is it to install?
It fits a standard ceiling fixing and, because the drop is short, there is no cable length to work out beforehand.
