Instant Freeze Ice Cream Rolling Pan

There is no motor, no churning and no waiting. The pan goes in the freezer, and once it is cold enough a splash of cream, yoghurt or fruit purée sets within a minute of hitting the surface, which makes it a genuinely entertaining thing to do with children or at a party.

Because each portion is made individually, everyone gets a different flavour and mix-ins can be chopped straight into the pan. Freeze the pan fully - usually overnight - before use, as a partly cold pan simply will not set the mix. Handle it with a cloth when it comes out of the freezer, use the supplied scraper rather than a metal knife, and wash and dry it fully before refreezing.
