Icar Scandinavian LED Wall Lamp

The Icar Scandinavian LED Wall Lamp is a plain timber block with light escaping from a slot along its length. There is no shade, no visible LED and no fixing on show, which reduces the fitting to a piece of wood that happens to glow at one edge.

Because the emitting slot is long rather than round, light leaves as a band rather than a cone, washing evenly along the wall instead of leaving a scalloped edge. Mounted horizontally above a headboard or vertically beside a doorway, the effect is architectural rather than decorative.

Velleora Home Decor finished the timber to show grain and offers two lengths. Integrated LED means nothing to replace. It fits a standard recessed back box, and installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated. Dust the timber dry rather than wiping it with anything damp.
