The Hasna SunRay Wall Lamp radiates metallic rays outward from a lit centre, so the fixture works as wall sculpture during the day and as a light source after dark. The rays catch ambient light on their upper faces, which keeps the piece visible even when it is switched off.

Because the light sits at the centre and the rays extend outward, the fixture casts long thin shadows across the wall around it. That secondary pattern doubles the apparent size of the piece and is a large part of what you are buying.
