Description
The Witch Figurine is a moulded standing figure with a detailed hat, cloak and face, sized for a hall table, a hearth or a windowsill rather than a garden. Detail is what carries a figure this size, since it will be seen from a metre away rather than across a lawn.
A witch is the one Halloween figure that reads as characterful rather than gruesome, which makes it the safe choice for a household with younger children or visitors who would rather not be startled at the door.
The cloak folds are moulded deeply and finished matte so they hold shadow. Velleora Home Decor weighted the base against toppling. Not a toy: keep away from children under three and pets, and dust it with a soft brush rather than a cloth that will catch on the detail.

Detail In The Cloak Folds
The cloak is moulded with deep folds rather than a smooth surface with lines drawn on, which is what holds up when it is on a table beside you.
A Weighted Base
The base is weighted so a tall figure stays standing on a hearth or a hall table rather than going over the first time a door slams.
Matte, Never Plastic Shine
The matte finish is what stops it catching a lamp and reading as a toy. Shine is usually the thing that gives a moulded figure away.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it stand steadily?
The base is weighted against toppling, which matters on a hall table where doors slam and coats brush past.
Can it go in the garden?
It is made as an indoor piece for a hall table, hearth or windowsill rather than as a garden figure.
Is it suitable for children?
It is a decoration rather than a toy. Keep it away from children under three and from pets.
How do I clean it?
With a soft brush into the cloak folds. A cloth skates over the surface and leaves the deep detail dusty.
How do I store it?
Wrapped and upright rather than stacked under heavier pieces, so the hat brim and the cloak edges survive the year in the loft.
