Electric Heated Stainless Lunch Box

This Lunch Box from Velleora Home Decor heats its own contents from a power supply, so a cooked meal is warmed at a desk, in a cab or on a site where there is no microwave and no canteen.

An insulated container only holds the heat it started with; a heated one adds heat back, which is the difference between eating a lukewarm meal at one o'clock and a hot one. Depending on the version it runs from mains, a car socket, or both.

The inner container is stainless steel rather than plastic, so it does not stain or hold odour and it conducts heat evenly. Two configurations are offered. Add a little water to the outer chamber if the instructions call for it, do not run it dry, never immerse the heating base or the cable, and let it cool before cleaning. Heat only food that was properly cooked and stored, and do not use it to reheat the same meal twice.
