Description
This Pool Toy from Velleora Home Decor swims and moves through water rather than floating passively, so a child follows and chases it instead of holding a static object.
Movement is what gets a hesitant child properly into the water. Chasing something across a pool means swimming without thinking about swimming, which is how confidence is built at the age where being told to practise achieves nothing.
Four designs are offered. It works in a pool, a large paddling pool or a bath. Rinse it in fresh water after use in a chlorinated pool and dry it before storing, since trapped water is what makes bath toys go mouldy inside. Important: a toy is not a swimming aid and gives no buoyancy support. Never leave a child unattended in or near water, and keep non-swimmers within an adult's reach at all times.
- Swims and moves through the water
- Encourages chasing and confidence
- Four design options
- Works in pools, paddling pools and baths
- Rinse and dry to prevent internal mould
- Not a swimming aid - supervise always

It Swims, So They Chase
A floating toy gets held. A swimming one gets followed, and following it is what turns a nervous paddle into real swimming practice.
Confidence In The Water
Children forget they were hesitant when there is something to catch. Movement does more for water confidence than any amount of coaxing.
Just As Good In The Bath
When the pool is packed away it carries on in the bath, which quietly makes bath time a great deal easier all year round.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it move through the water?
It propels itself once it is switched on and in the water, gliding and turning so children have something genuinely worth chasing.
What age does it suit?
It works from toddler age upward with an adult present, and older children enjoy racing it across a pool just as much.
Does it need batteries?
It runs on a small battery in a sealed compartment, and one set lasts through plenty of pool sessions before it needs changing.
Can it go in a chlorinated pool?
Yes. Rinse it in fresh water afterwards and dry it off, and the finish stays bright rather than dulling over a season of use.
How should it be stored?
Dry it fully and keep it somewhere warm and dry, taking the battery out over winter so it is ready to go again next summer.
