Description
Description
This Wall Shelf from Velleora Home Decor is clear acrylic with concealed fixings, so a magazine, a book or a record appears to float against the wall with nothing visibly holding it.
Transparency is the point in a small room. A timber or metal shelf adds visual bulk to a wall; a clear one shows the cover and disappears behind it, which is why acrylic is used for display in shops and galleries.
Twenty-one colour and size options are offered, from clear through to solid tones. It mounts with a rear bracket - use appropriate wall plugs for the surface, and observe the stated weight limit, since acrylic is rigid but not indestructible. Clean it with a soft dry or barely damp cloth only; abrasive cloths and solvent cleaners will scratch or cloud acrylic permanently.

Clear Enough To Disappear
Clear acrylic lets the wall and whatever is on the shelf do the talking. The shelf itself more or less disappears, which is the point.
The Bracket Hides Behind
The bracket sits behind the shelf rather than under it, so from a normal viewing angle there is nothing holding it up at all.
Twenty One Combinations
Seven colours across three lengths gives twenty one combinations, from a single clear shelf to a run of coloured ones up a stairwell.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it stay up?
A rear bracket that sits behind the shelf, fixed to the wall with plugs to suit your surface. From the front nothing is visible.
What sizes are available?
Three lengths, thirty, forty and fifty centimetres, each five centimetres deep and fifteen deep front to back.
How much weight will it take?
It has a stated weight limit worth respecting. It is made for magazines, books, frames and small objects rather than a run of heavy hardback volumes.
What colours are there?
Seven, including a fully transparent option plus green, blue, brown, red, orange and yellow.
How do I clean acrylic?
A soft dry or barely damp cloth. Never abrasives or solvents, because both will scratch or cloud acrylic permanently.
