Description
The Remote Control Spider moves and jumps on command, which is what separates a decoration people react to from one they simply look at. Triggered from across a room, it turns a doorway or a hallway into a moment rather than a display.
Remote operation also means an adult controls exactly when it activates, so it can be used for older children and guests who are expecting it rather than startling someone unprepared. It runs only when triggered, which preserves the batteries.
Velleora Home Decor built the drive into the body so nothing trails behind it. Please note this contains small parts and a remote with batteries: it is not suitable for children under three, adult supervision is recommended, and it should be used away from stairs, pets that may chase it and anyone with limited mobility.
- Motorised movement and jumping on remote command
- Adult controls exactly when it activates
- Runs only when triggered, preserving batteries
- Drive built into the body, nothing trailing
- Small parts: not for under 3s; supervise use

It Waits, Then Moves
Sitting still it reads as an ordinary prop. That is exactly why the moment it moves lands so well on whoever walked past it.
Triggered, Not Constant
You pick the moment from across the room, which means the batteries last the whole night instead of draining on an empty hallway.
Nothing Trails Behind It
The drive is built into the body, so there is no wire across the floor to give it away or to trip anyone in the dark.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far does the remote reach?
Far enough to sit across a normal room and trigger it. Keep a clear line of sight, since furniture between you and the prop shortens the range.
What surfaces does it work on?
Hard floors and short pile rugs suit it best. Thick carpet slows the movement, so a hallway or kitchen floor gives the strongest effect.
What batteries does it need?
See the listing for the type and count for both the prop and the remote. Because it only runs when triggered, one set usually covers a whole evening comfortably.
Is it suitable for children?
Older children under supervision enjoy it, but it contains small parts and batteries so it is not for under threes. Use some judgement about who you point it at, since it is genuinely startling.
Where should I place it?
Near a doorway or the edge of a hall, with clear floor in front of it and away from the top of any stairs. It needs room to move and people need room to step back.
