Description
The Corduroy Cushion Covers bring a ribbed, tactile surface to a sofa that flat cotton cannot match. Corduroy catches light along each wale, so the same colour reads darker in the grooves and lighter on the ridges, and a plain cushion gains depth without any pattern being printed on it.
They are covers only, which is deliberate: replacing covers rather than whole cushions is cheaper, easier to store and lets a room change seasonally without a cupboard full of inserts. A concealed zip runs along one edge so nothing interrupts the front face, and the seams are overlocked inside to stop fraying with repeated removal.
Velleora Home Decor kept the palette in warm autumnal tones that work against both linen and leather. Wash cool inside out to protect the pile and tumble dry low, brushing the wales back into direction while the fabric is still slightly damp. Avoid ironing the face directly, which crushes the ribbing permanently.
- Ribbed corduroy face with light-catching wales
- Covers only: inserts not included
- Concealed zip closure, overlocked inner seams
- Warm autumnal palette
- Wash inside out; do not iron the pile face

Covers, Not Cushions
These are covers for pads you already own, which is far cheaper than buying whole cushions and lets you change a room for a season.
Ribbed Corduroy
The ribs catch the light and cast their own fine shadows, so the fabric has depth even in a room of plain colours.
A Concealed Zip
The zip is hidden in the seam and the inner seams are overlocked, so nothing scratches and nothing frays after a few washes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the inner pads included?
No, these are covers only. Check the listed size against the pads you already have before ordering.
Which size pad should I use?
A pad the same size as the cover, or very slightly larger, gives the plump filled look rather than a limp one.
How do I wash them?
Cool machine wash inside out and tumble on low. Do not iron the face of the fabric, which would crush the ribs.
Will the colour fade?
Washing inside out on a cool cycle keeps the tones as they are. Long hours of strong direct sun will lighten any textile over time.
How many come in a set?
Check the listing for the quantity and the colour options. Mixing two tones across a sofa usually looks better than a matched set.
