Description
Description
The Nordic Disc LED Ceiling Light is a thin flat circle with a matte finish and no trim ring, sitting almost against the plaster. The intention is that the ceiling reads as unbroken and only the light registers, which is the opposite of a fixture designed to be noticed.
Because the emitting surface is wide and even, shadows in the room are soft rather than sharp. That matters in a bedroom or a nursery, where a small bright source throws hard shadows across a cot or a face and a wide dim one does not.
Velleora Home Decor offers three diameters, so the same profile can run through several rooms at appropriate scale. Integrated LED means nothing to replace at height. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated, and the surface dusted with a dry cloth.
- Thin flat disc with no trim ring
- Wide emitting surface gives soft shadows
- Sits almost flush against the plaster
- Three diameters for consistent scaling
- Integrated LED, nothing to replace

Almost Level With The Ceiling
The disc sits so close to the plaster that it barely reads as a fitting at all, which is exactly what you want in a low room.
No Trim Ring At All
There is no metal band around the edge to catch the eye, so the lit face is the whole of what you see.
A Wide Even Face
Because the light comes off a broad diffused surface rather than a point, it fills a room without hard shadows in the corners.

Frequently Asked Questions
How deep is it?
Very shallow, which is the point of the design. The listed depth confirms the exact figure for the size you choose.
Can I change the colour temperature?
Many versions offer a switchable warm to cool setting on the fitting itself. Check the specification for the option you are ordering.
Is the LED replaceable?
It is integrated and rated for many years of normal use, so there is no bulb to buy and nothing to change.
What size room does it suit?
The wider sizes light a full living room or bedroom on their own, while smaller diameters suit hallways, landings and utility spaces.
Who should install it?
It is a hardwired ceiling fitting, so it should be installed by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated at the consumer unit.
