The Touch Control Mood Light is designed to sit at the very low end of the brightness range rather than the useful end. It is not a reading lamp: it is the light you leave on when the main lights go off and the room needs to stop feeling switched off entirely.
Touch control cycles through levels and colours depending on version, with the lowest setting dim enough to leave running all night. Rechargeable operation means it can be placed anywhere without a socket dictating the position.
The diffuser is opaque enough that no LED is directly visible, so it can sit at eye height on a shelf without glaring. Velleora Home Decor kept the footprint small. Charge over USB, and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight on a windowsill for long periods.
