That control is the point. A free pour into a pan is easily three or four times what is needed, and it lands in one spot; a mist covers the whole surface. For anyone air frying, roasting vegetables or watching what they cook with, it changes the quantity used without changing the result.

Three colourways are offered. Glass is the right body material - it does not hold rancid oil smell the way plastic does, and you can see the level. Refill it with your own oil rather than buying aerosol cans. Wash the bottle regularly with hot soapy water and dry it fully, flush the nozzle if it slows, and do not fill it with anything other than cooking oil.
