Nordic DualGlow Wall Lamp

The Nordic DualGlow Wall Lamp emits from both faces of a flat panel, so the wall behind is lit at the same time as the space in front. That two-sided output is what gives the fixture its floating appearance: the halo behind removes the hard shadow a conventional sconce leaves against plaster.

The panel itself is slim and rectangular, closer to a tablet than a lamp, and it sits close to the wall so it never intrudes into a corridor. Light is warm and even across both faces, with no visible LED points and no glare at eye height.

Energy draw is low enough that a run of them along a hallway costs very little to leave on through an evening. Velleora Home Decor kept the finish matte. It fits a standard recessed back box, and installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated first.
