Mini Silicone Round Ice Ball Mould

This Ice Mould from Velleora Home Decor makes small spheres rather than cubes, which is the shape that melts slowest for its volume - a sphere has the least surface area of any form, so it chills a drink without watering it down as fast.

The mini size is chosen so the spheres fit through a bottle neck as well as into a glass, which is what makes them useful for chilling a bottle of spirits or a flask without diluting the contents at all.

Four configurations are offered. Silicone flexes so each sphere releases individually rather than needing the tray run under a tap, and a lid keeps water in during the walk to the freezer and freezer odour out afterwards. Fill to the marked line, dry the mould fully before stacking it away, and wash it periodically - an ice mould is one of the least-cleaned things in most freezers.
