The Rechargeable Pumpkin Night Light is a lit pumpkin that needs no candle, no carving and no batteries to replace. It charges over USB and runs for several nights, which is the practical version of a jack-o-lantern for a household with children or pets.
Because there is no flame it can go on a windowsill, a shelf or a bedside table, all places a carved pumpkin with a tealight should never be. The glow is warm and low rather than bright.
