Eclat Wabi-Sabi Headboard Wall Lamp

The Eclat Wall Lamp is designed specifically for a headboard wall, which is a harder problem than it looks: the light has to reach a book without shining at the person next to you, and the switch has to be reachable from lying down.

A pull switch on the fitting solves the second half. There is no need for a wired wall switch or a reach to a bedside table, and no need to rewire anything in a rented room. The shade angles the light downward and forward onto the page.

French wabi-sabi styling keeps the finish deliberately imperfect: a textured surface, soft edges, nothing polished to uniformity. Velleora Home Decor kept the projection short. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician with the circuit isolated first.
