Artistic Wood Grain Wall Clock

The Artistic Round Wall Clock puts a faux wood grain across the whole face, so the timber effect is the design rather than a frame around it. The grain runs continuously behind the hands, which gives the clock the look of a solid slice of wood cut and hung on the wall.

Numerals are left off entirely, replaced by slim markers that sit into the grain. That keeps the surface calm enough to work as wall decoration in a living room, where a conventional numbered dial would read as purely functional. The movement is a silent sweep, so there is no ticking in a quiet room and no jumping second hand catching the eye. It runs on a single battery for around a year. Hang from one fixing on a solid wall, keep it away from steam and direct sunlight, and wipe with a dry cloth only.
