Titanium Non Stick Stainless Frying Pan

This Frying Pan from Velleora Home Decor is stainless steel with a titanium-reinforced non-stick surface, which is a different proposition from a standard coated aluminium pan - the reinforcement resists the scratching and flaking that ends most non-stick pans within two years.

Stainless also allows the pan to be used properly. It takes higher heat than aluminium, sears rather than steams, works on induction, and the base does not warp and rock on a hob after a few months of use.

Three sizes are offered. Preheat gently rather than blasting an empty pan on maximum, which damages any coating, and use wooden or silicone tools rather than metal. Hand wash it in warm water - dishwasher detergent is harsh on non-stick over time - and never cut food in the pan or plunge a hot pan into cold water.
