Droplet Modern Teardrop Wall Lamp

The Droplet Wall Lamp from Velleora Home Decor takes the shape of a single falling drop and holds it against the wall. The tapered body narrows to a point at the base and swells at the top, which gives the fixture a sense of movement that flat rectangular sconces never manage. Mounted in a pair, the effect reads as sculpture as much as lighting.

Light emerges through the lower opening as a controlled downward wash, picking out the wall texture beneath and leaving the upper body in soft shadow. That directionality makes it useful along a corridor, on either side of a headboard or beside a mirror, where a broad glare would be unwelcome.

The metal shell is powder coated in a matte finish that resists fingerprints, and the internal LED is integrated so nothing needs to be replaced. Two finishes are available. Installation is a rear plate over a standard back box, and the body slots on once wired. Hard-wired work should be completed by a qualified electrician.
