Portable Electric Coffee & Grain Grinder

Ground coffee loses its aromatics within days of grinding - most of what makes coffee taste of anything is gone before the bag is opened. Grinding immediately before brewing is the difference, and the same applies to whole spices, which are transformed by being ground fresh.

Two versions are offered. Pulsing controls the grind, so a coarse grind for a cafetiere and a fine one for espresso come from the same machine. The bowl and blade lift out for cleaning - wipe the motor unit rather than immersing it. Keep fingers clear of the blade even when unplugged, and run it in short bursts rather than continuously, which overheats both the motor and the grounds.
